Recognition is a 7-day silent retreat for those who are called to lead from truth—a space where deep inner stillness meets the path of worldly impact.

While not a Hridaya retreat in form, this immersion is deeply aligned with the School’s essence: a direct return to the Heart, the Self beyond identity, doing, or effort. It is an invitation into profound Self-recognition—not as an escape from life, but as the foundation from which life is consciously lived and powerfully expressed.

Held in full mauna or “noble silence,” this retreat supports a radical reset of the inner architecture from which we lead, relate, create, and make decisions. Participants are guided to move beyond inherited patterns and egoic striving—and into presence, clarity, and sovereignty.

This is a container for those who have walked through fire—founders, visionaries, and spiritual leaders—and who now feel called to lead from a deeper frequency, not through performance or pressure, but through alignment with the Source.

Retreat Includes

• Silent container (mauna) for deep inner work
• Daily Hridaya-inspired meditation and Hatha Yoga
• Soul-level lectures bridging Stillness, Self-Inquiry, and embodied leadership
• One month of online preparation (including live calls)

About the Facilitators

Oliver Villwock and Claire DeNike are both 500-hour certified Hridaya Yoga and Meditation instructors. With years of experience in deep, silent retreat spaces, their work bridges non-dual wisdom and modern, soul-led leadership, supporting others in embodying presence, truth, and impact in the world.

Location
Tierra Cósmica, a sacred retreat center in the mountains behind Marbella, Spain. Purpose-built for inner transformation, with expansive natural beauty, refined silence, and energetically alive nourishment.
