Date and Time Details: This course begins at 8:30 am on September 25th and ends at 8:00 pm on October 17th. Please arrive by 4:00 pm on September 24th for the Module 1 Orientation Session. Accommodation rates are for 24 nights—from 3:00 pm the day before the course begins until 11:00 am the day after the course ends.

The Hridaya Yoga Retreat: Module 1 Intensive is a holistic course that creates the conditions for the revelation of our real nature, the Spiritual Heart. It is a life-changing journey in which fundamental spiritual topics are introduced in both a practical and theoretical way. The course includes the comprehensive explanation of both the practice and the symbolic significance of more than 40 asanas, yogic techniques, and warm-up exercises. Read more.

Orientation:

Please plan to arrive by 4:00 pm the day before the course starts in order to join the Module 1 Orientation Session.

Schedule:

This course includes 3 classes per day for 20 days: morning and afternoon hatha yoga sessions and an evening lecture. There is an additional day when we join together to perform a traditional yogic purification practice (optional). We also encourage participation in one-hour daily morning meditations.
