Hridaya Hatha Yoga Drop-in Classes in Portugal

Hi there! My name is Márika, and I would like to invite you to join me for a Hridaya Hatha Yoga practice every Tuesday and Thursday. Hridaya Hatha Yoga is a practice of Self-awareness, where we mostly practice with our eyes closed, creating a space for a true inner journey. As we pause in asanas, the practice itself becomes a form of meditation.

Everyone is welcome to join, regardless of their experience level, shape, or age. I will guide you throughout the session, ensuring that you feel comfortable and supported in your practice. I hope you’ll consider joining me for this transformative practice. I’ll see you there!
