Join us for this 3-Day Hridaya Silent Meditation Retreat (offered in German) next June in the peaceful countryside near Berlin. Hridaya teachers Luzia and Janka will host this weekend retreat together, following the authentic Hridaya teachings.
This is a unique chance for German speakers to experience the magic of the Heart while being guided in their language. The retreat is suitable for both new and experienced meditators. It will be silent, and the cozy retreat center is just one hour from Berlin.
